- 1/2 head medium cabbage (napa cabbage or purple most well-liked), chopped
- 3 cups chard, chopped
- 1 giant carrot, julienne or chopped
- 1 purple bell pepper, chopped
- 1 mango, diced
- 3 inexperienced onions, diced
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup lite coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (or actual peanut butter)
- 1 tablespoon (Madras) curry powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- juice from 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce or tamari (or to style)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar (non-compulsory)
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (non-compulsory)
- Garnish
Steps
- Prepare dinner grains based on the directions given after which put aside to chill.
