- 2 cups pineapple, diced

- 4 tablespoons low sodium Hoisin or teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- juice from 1 lime
- 1/3 cup water (or extra/much less to succeed in your desired texture/consistency)
- 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) uncooked, pure peanut butter (in oil)
